How to refund from Shuttle's Payment Marketplace

Here is the step-by-step process on how to refund:


1. Please access merchant.shuttleglobal.com and provide your email address and password for login, or choose the option to log in using your Google account.



2. For most users, the account will open automatically. However, if you have multiple organizations or multiple accounts, you will need to select the specific organization and application you are using. 

3. Please select the "Activity" tab.



4. Next, navigate to the "Transactions" tab and locate the specific transaction that you wish to process a refund for. 


5. Proceed by clicking on the "Refund" button. 



6. You have the option to either refund the entire amount. 



7. Or a partial amount. 



8. Remember to provide a reason for the refund. 



9. Upon clicking the "Refund" button, you will be presented with options to process the refund via Stripe, Square, or the respective payment gateway associated with the transaction. 



10. Please refrain from checking this box if you genuinely wish for us to proceed with the refund. This option is specifically for individuals who wish to maintain a record of the refund without actually initiating the refund process. 



11. After clicking on the "Refund" button, a confirmation message will appear, prompting you to confirm the refund request. 



12. Refund completed.
