Shuttle Localisation and Translation support

Shuttle allows for the translation of our out-of-the-box interfaces.

To give you maximum flexibility we allow you to do this at three levels:

Application level - Which means that every customer under that application will see the same version of the translation. This is good if you're happy with same translation for everyone and want to add the capability across the board quickly.

Account level - We recommend you ignore this for now.

Merchant level - A specific translation for a specific INSTANCE ID (merchant). This is good if each merchant wants their own translation due to nuances in how they want the text translated. 

The useful thing about the Merchant level is that you can expose it via the Merchant View so that merchant user can make the edits themselves. Contact Shuttle to find out how to pass the parameters to make it visible.

On the following screen, you will need to add a translation in addition to the Default.

Next, you will see a list of all the text strings that can be translated. We recommend that you work with your merchants, looking at the interfaces that they want translating and then changing each string accordingly.
