Why link my account to the Marketplace?

We've created helpful services for merchants within our Marketplace. To get these benefits you need to link your account to our Marketplace and opt-in to those benefits.

Even though your software vendor uses Shuttle to deliver payment features they will not have implemented the benefits that come with our Marketplace.

You will be able to: improve the management of payments and find cost saving services within our Marketplace.

For example, you can sign up to our payments emails, these will tell you if you have any failing payments and what your transaction volume was across all your payment processors.

Are there any downsides to connecting to the Marketplace?

We don't believe there are any downsides to using our Marketplace, you already implicitly or explicitly agree to our terms and conditions by using Shuttle via your software platform. Our intention is to provide added value and transparency over payments to your organisation.

What do you do with my data?

We have both personal and business data when you connect the Marketplace. We may use your data to anonymously create statistics that Shuttle or our partners might use to understand trends. We do not sell your data.

Can I add team to our connected account?

We are considering future features of our Marketplace and you can add or vote on these in our public roadmap - https://shuttle.productlift.dev/t/marketplace
