Do you offer the ability to surcharge or add a charge for a card payment?

We do not offer the ability to surcharge or add a charge for a card payment. The main reason being that adding 'card fees' it's not allowed in Europe and in two US states. The second reason is that most payment gateways don't support it so it cannot be a standard feature.
We like to think that getting paid quickly online is worth the fee.
